Most importantly, we create a supportive environment where there's no judgment or punishment for being yourself. Remember - this isn't about fixing you, it's about discovering and working with your natural rhythms in a way that actually suits your brain.
The programme is thoughtfully structured to support you while respecting your time. Here's how it breaks down:
Months 1-2 (Mental Fitness Foundation)

I've found that shorter programs often leave people feeling pressured or dropped just when they're starting to see changes, while longer programs can feel overwhelming to commit to. Six months gives us the sweet spot - enough time for real transformation without feeling endless.
Life happens, especially with ADHD! We build flexibility into the programme because we understand that energy and focus naturally fluctuate. All group sessions are recorded for you to watch when it suits you, and we can adjust your 1:1 sessions as needed. The goal is progress, not perfection.
